Geocaching

We have hidden the following Geocaches:

The first one on 15/12/2002 at the Klang Gate Quartz ridge, north of KL.
In the left picture I am hiding the cache (a green jar)
It has been found for the first time on 12/2/2003. See the picture to the right
The second one is near the Gombak River, also north of KL.
See the picture to the left.
This cache has been found on 9/2/2003, as can be seen in the picture to the right.
For the third one I went to the Berembun Falls, with some Chinese friends, the same ones who had found the first two caches!
The Berembun Falls are beautifully located on the slopes of Gunung Benom, in Pahang. See the picture to the right.
This cache has not yet been found
The fourth geocache has also been hidden near a waterfall, the Lata Kijang in Negeri Sembilan this time.
The water falls down almost vertically for more than 100 meters. See the picture to the right.
This cache has also not yet been found
Geocaches no 5 and 6 have been hidden in the Genting Highlands.
Genting is not only a casino, there is a lot of beautiful nature around.
The Cradle Rock II cache has been found on 1/5/2003 and the Tunggul Mossy Forest one on 13/5/2003 (by the same group)
On 6/4/2003 we went on a trip to the Tanglir Waterfalls, not far from the Genting Highlands.
One of the most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen.A perfect place for a Geocache
Found on 1/5/2003
Recently we have visited Pulau Pangkor. See the Pangkor gallery for pictures. We found a nice place to hide our eight Geocache. This cache has been found on 30/4, see picture on the right.
In an over-cultivated country like the Netherlands it is not easy to find a suitable place to hide a Geocache. On a walk in the province of Brabant (see the GPS walk for pictures), we found a nice place to hide Our First DutchGeocache. This cache has been found on 13/5, see picture on the right.
On a symbolic day (5/7/2003) the Stuivertjes had a nice meeting in the family home and put a cache in the Bedelaarsbos. As usual in the Netherlands, the cache was found within days and many times after that.
The Chiling Falls can only be reached by crossing a river five times. A beautiful location to hide a cache. The cache was hidden on 20/7 and found two weeks later by the K2J team.
The Kanching Falls are located near KL and easily accessible by public transport. The cache was hidden at the top of the upper fall on 12/12/2003 and found on 15/1/2004. However, a subsequent visitor could not find it, so I have to go there myself soon to check if it is still there.
In Malta I had collected a travel bug and I was looking for a suitable cache to drop it. When I could not find one, I decided to hide a new geoache, especially for Fisher Bear. In Hulu Langats. This cache was hidden 0n 5/8/2004 and found five days later. So, Fisher Bear is on his way again.
