Our last day (31-3) we spent mainly in the southern part of the peninsula. Less visited by tourists, lots of churches.

After lunch in the Pousada de Sao Tiago, we visited the A-Ma temple at the base of the Penha Hill. The temple is dedicated to A-Ma, the Mother god. Very old, although the present building dates back to the 17th century.
